THE SPECIFICATIONS
1. Composition of Panels
KCP's stone honeycomb panels consist of 6mm natural stone veneer or 3mm porcelain slab on top and aluminum honeycomb panels as backing for reinforcement. The top veneer is bonded with the backing by specifically developed epoxy adhesive.
KCP works closely with internationally renowned adhesive brands to ensure that the glue applied on each individual stone panel fits for the use in even the most extreme conditions. For example, our stone honeycomb panel can endure vast temperature changes from -40 degree to 80 degree Celsius while the bonding strength stays at excellent level after decades.
2. Collection of Panels
a. Natural Stone:
Marble, Granite, Limestone, Traverthine, Sandstone, Basalt, Onyx, etc.
b. Porcelain Tile:
3mm~10mm-thick tile, with stone pattern, wood vein, pure colors, etc.
c. Brick-alike Ceramic Tile
Multiple color and finishes of tiles available. With grouting and fabrication already completed in factory.
d. Curved Natural Stone
With 3mm thin stone veneer reinforced by aluminum honeycomb backing, the curved panels are lightweight and saving massive stone material comparing to solid stone curved blocks.
3. Our Guaranteed Bonding
The bonding is always the most pivotal concern for stone honeycomb panels, especially for exterior applications. KCP only applied adhesive from proven brands which have at least 20 years of experience in the honeycomb composites field. Such adhesive is wildly used in honeycomb projects around the world for decades.
KCP also deeply cooperate with adhesive suppliers and follow strictly with their guidelines of proper applications. The storage room with constant temperature control is built for adhesive storing; Dust-free glue blending room is also built for two-component blending for lamination. Our panels can reach 2.0MPa for tensile test and lasts for over 100 years with acceptable degradation.
A 20-year warranty is provided for our panels.

THE TESTING
KCP conducts comprehensive tests with Intertek and SGS, covering key aspects related to panel performances. Moreover, we established our in-house laboratory in 2010 to run random tests on each of our production, so to make sure consistency in bonding quality.

THE QUALITY CONTROL
KCP fully implements ISO 9001 at every production sector in the factory. Experienced QC staffs are assigned to each individual project to tackle possible defects and issues throughout the whole processing. In-house laboratory carries out vital testing on randomly selected specimens during production to monitor the bonding performances.
In KCP, we have a 10-man QC team which is well trained and each individual having more than 5 years of experiences in the field of aluminum honeycomb industry. Each batch of production will be monitored by designated personnel from incoming material to final check before shipping. In this way we grant every single panel shipped is flawless and live up to customers' expectations.

THE FACTORY
KCP has a state-of-art facility which covers over 20,000M2, producing from aluminum honeycomb core, aluminum honeycomb panels to stone honeycomb panels. In-house laboratory was established in 2010 to monitor the consistency in quality throughout each of our production.
KCP is one of the few manufacturers in China who produces from aluminum honeycomb core, to aluminum honeycomb panels, and to stone honeycomb panels. Through this all-in-one production facility, not only overall cost can be controlled, and most importantly, the quality is always consistant throughtout every procedure of production.
